This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The well-equipped studio unit had a super nice kitchen with top-notch kitchenware, including an electric kettle. The location was jaw-droppingly awesome, with bus and metro stations nearby, making it super easy to explore the city center. The friendly staff were always ready to help. And the cherry on top was the affordable price, which was unbelievable considering the fantastic amenities like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and even a lift! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay longer and have a truly memorable experience in the city.

Location Value for Money Modern - Clean
Staff were polite but did not seemed dedicated to their work and they were absent from reception. You cannot get in touch with anybody after checking-in. The reception staff had the reception's telephone turned off (bizarrely, it was a mobile number that we were given) so no guest could get in touch (you cannot call reception from your room - you need to call a mobile number). I've found about this because (after complaining that there is no way to reach them either by dialing an extension from the telephone in your room or by dialing the mobile number that they have given me and no one was answering it) I had to get dressed and go downstairs to acquire the wi-fi password (which I could have avoided if they hadn't forgotten to leave the instructions in the room). The lady showed to me the reception's telephone and told me that she will TURN IT ON in case I need anything else During reception's working hrs, I've witnessed 3 other incidents with guests having problems to open the front door and enter the building (there is a code) and there was no staff around to help This is not the service that you expect from a 4-star property. Finally the fridge in the kitchenette proved to be more of a 'freezer', since it was so strong that it literally froze all the things (fruits, cheese, bread, etc) that I've placed inside and I had to throw away. Besides the ruined food, the most important thing was that my medication was also been frozen, (i.e. ruined) and since I couldn't get a new one without a prescription, I was 2 days without medication, which is not good

Well, we ordered twin. I've prepaid but when we came we'd been informed they had no twin at all

We had a great stay at 2 Devonshire Rooms. The location was fantastic, with easy access to bus and metro stations, making it convenient to explore the city center. The apartment-style room was well-equipped, with good kitchenware for those looking to stay longer in London. Despite a few minor issues, like the carpet being stained and the lift sometimes not working properly, the friendly staff and great value made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for its affordable price, prime location, and comfortable accommodations.

clean & comform
lack of availability of the reception / focal point. 1. came back to the apartment late at night, the key didn't work and we had no one to contact to... 2. we wanted to extend our check out time, we came to the reception on sun, 0730 am and no one was there (on of the workers there told us that only after 0900 someone will come....)

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to bus and metro stations nearby. the rooms are well-equipped with good kitchenware, making it convenient for a longer stay. the cost of the room is more affordable compared to other hotels in the area.
The hotel could improve by providing clearer instructions regarding waste disposal and room cleaning staying longer.

It is a cheating operation, do not go there!
The Shower was broken and despite reminding the staff for 3 days that I was there, no repair was done during my stay, making it impossible to have a proper bath everyday. The biggest problem is that on the website (including Booked.net) it is promised a 28 Sq m Premium studio that I paid for, but the room given to me was actually half of that (around 14 Sq m and that too including the bathroom area). So it is a misleading and fraudulent promise. If GoNative feels any responsibility for this 'deliberate misinformation' please show the accurate area and please refund 50% of my stay charges, as I was given only half a room size than what I paid for.

I had the most mind-blowing stay at this place! The staff was super friendly and kind, making me feel right at home. The location was jaw-droppingly good, with two underground stations just a short walk away. The room itself was absolutely amazing, with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the cooking supplies and silverware I needed. Plus, the wi-fi was fast, the dryer was a lifesaver, and the electric kettle came in handy for my tea-fix. Not to mention, the flat-screen TV was a great addition for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible, convenient, and comfortable stay in the city!

Location is excellent, in close proximity of 2 tube stations and a few 24h shops. The room was not big but more than enough, well furnished. The kitchenette includes utensils and microwave and Wi-Fi is included. Communal kitchen was a great plus. There is always a staff member present in the premises from 9h - 23h, and they were friendly and helpful.
Although staff were friendly, communication skills between them were null. Got no reply to an email, and in spite of asking and being given the ok regarding late check out, by more than one staff member, I still got the cleaning lady and the receptionist knocking on my door on the day. A real pity that such a great hotel is let down by such simple things.

Amazing Location: The hotel is conveniently situated in Westminster Borough, making it a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, parks, and theater. It's like being in the heart of all the action, just a stone's throw away from the best attractions in London.
Bathroom Towels: The bath towels provided were a tad small, but still functional.

very clean and comfortable apartments. Well furnished accomodation with friendly staff who were willing to help with any query. Nice bathroom and well kitted out facilities. We were very happy with the accommodation which we got at a very reasonable price. Great central location with easy access to the Regents Park and Great Portland Street underground stations.
very hard to critisise. A small amount of noise from some minor work being done (we were notified about this before we went ... It really wasn't a problem!). Also, no option to cancel. Pretty much the full amount would need to be paid for cancellation.
